Customer can provide a photo of their Receipt or Order Confirmation from the retailer.
If received as gift:
Like purchasers, gift recipients are required to send proper proof of purchase.
NOT ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PROOF OF PURCHASE

Credit card or bank statement
Altered photos/receipts
After Claim Filing:
Now that your Claim is submitted, it will be reviewed for validity by the Settlement Administrator. If your Claim is rejected for any reason, you will be notified and given an opportunity to address any deficiencies. Otherwise, if your Claim is deemed to be eligible, you may receive benefits, depending on the results of the Final Approval Hearing and any appeals that might occur.
The Court in charge of this case still must decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will not be made until the Court grants Final Approval and after any appeals are resolved.
Accurate processing of Claims may take significant time. Thank you in advance for your patience.
